FIBER BUNDLE STICKING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber bundle sticking device capable of reducing output of a radiation heating means, and then reducing initial cost or running cost thereof when a fiber reinforced plastic molded article is manufactured by sticking a fiber bundle in which a resin is impregnated in advance to a surface to be stuck.SOLUTION: There is provided a fiber bundle sticking device having a sticking head for sticking a fiber bundle at least a part of which a resin is impregnated in, in advance, while heating and/or applying pressure, the sticking head has a plurality of kinds of heating means for heating the fiber bundle and/or the surface to be stuck, at least one of the plurality of kinds of heating means for heating is a radiation heating means, and at least another of the plurality of kinds of heating means is a hot air heating means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】 予め樹脂が含浸された繊維束を被貼付面に貼付て繊維強化プラスチック成形品を製造するのに際して、輻射加熱手段の出力を下げることが可能となり、ひいてはその初期費やランニングコストを低減する繊維束貼付装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 少なくとも一部に予め樹脂が含浸された繊維束を加熱及び／又は加圧しながら被被貼付面に貼付る貼付ヘッドを有する繊維束貼付装置であって、該貼付ヘッドは、該繊維束及び／又は該貼付面を加熱する複数種類の加熱手段を有し、該複数種類の加熱手段の少なくとも一つは輻射加熱手段であり、該複数種類の加熱手段の他の少なくとも一つは、熱風加熱手段であることを特長とする繊維束貼付装置を提供する。【選択図】 図２
