PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope operation device that allows a component attachable to/detachable from an endoscope body to be removed easily, and hardly causes unintended disassembly when the endoscope is used.SOLUTION: An endoscope operation device includes: a supporting body provided to a body of an endoscope, which includes a supporting body internal space open on an outer surface side; an insertion body held by holding means in an inserted state, which can be inserted into and removed from the supporting body internal space through the opening; and a removing operation member rotatably supported around an axis line directed to the insertion and removal direction with respect to the insertion body that imparts moving force in a direction of removal from the supporting body to the insertion body, and releases the holding by the holding means when the insertion body is rotated in a removal direction in a state that the insertion body is held by the holding means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】内視鏡本体に対して着脱可能な部品の取り外しを容易に行うことが可能であり、かつ内視鏡の使用時における意図しない分解が生じにくい内視鏡の操作装置を提供する。【解決手段】内視鏡の本体に設けられて外面側に開口する支持体内空間を有する支持体と、開口を通して支持体内空間に挿脱可能で、挿入状態で保持手段によって保持される挿入体と、挿入体に対して、挿脱方向に向く軸線を中心に回転可能に支持され、保持手段によって挿入体が保持される状態で取り外し方向に回転したときに、支持体からの離脱方向への移動力を挿入体に付与して保持手段による保持を解除させる離脱操作部材と、を備える。【選択図】図２
