Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive controller for an electric motor, capable of detecting leak current of a multi-layer wiring board without newly providing a current sensor.SOLUTION: A drive controller for an electric motor comprises: an inverter circuit mounted on a multi-layer wiring board 20; and a shunt resistor 22 for detecting bus current of the inverter circuit. An upstream side wiring part and a downstream side wiring part of the inverter circuit are disposed so as to be opposite to each other on adjacent layers on the multi-layer wiring board via an insulation layer. On the multi-layer wiring board are provided sensing pattern layers PSu, PSv, PSw, PSr for guiding leak current flowing from the upstream side wiring part to the downstream side wiring part to the shunt resistor. In a period in which regenerative current is generated in the electric motor, the existence of leak current is determined on the basis of current flowing through the shunt resistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】電流センサを新たに設けることなく多層配線基板のリーク電流を検出できる電動モータの駆動制御装置を提供する。【解決手段】電動モータの駆動制御装置は、多層配線基板20に実装されたインバータ回路と、このインバータ回路の母線電流を検出するシャント抵抗22とを備える。インバータ回路の上流側配線部と下流側配線部は、絶縁層を介在して多層配線基板の隣接層に対向配置されている。そして、多層配線基板に、上流側配線部から下流側配線部に流れるリーク電流をシャント抵抗に導くセンシングパターン層PSu,PSv,PSw,PSrを設け、電動モータに回生電流が発生する期間に、シャント抵抗を流れる電流に基づいてリーク電流の有無を判定する。【選択図】図3
