Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base unit, a motor, and a blower, capable of improving reliability.SOLUTION: A base unit 1 comprises: a cylindrical bearing housing that extends on a center axis C extended vertically; a base plate 2 that expands to a radial direction while connecting to the bearing housing; a stator provided on the radial direction outer side of the bearing housing on an upper surface of the base plate; and a conductive member 9 lead-out to an external direction of the radial direction of the base plate while electrically connecting to the stator. A resin coated part 8 coating at least one part of the conductive member is provided onto the upper surface or a lower surface of the base plate. An insertion part 23 which is a penetration hole or a notch passing from the upper surface to the lower surface of the base plate is provided to the base plate.
