Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric connection box capable of reducing the size and the weight, while preventing a connector holder from being damaged and deformed.SOLUTION: An electric connection box 1 comprises: a block body 2 in which an electric component is distributed; a connector 10; and a connector holder 20 holding the connector 10 and fixing it to the block body 2. The connector 10 includes: a lower connector member 11; an upper connector member 12 connected to the lower connector member 11 in a connector fitting direction; and a lever 13 rotatably attached to the lower connector member 11 around a lever axis. The lower connector member 11 includes projection parts 16A and 16B extended along a contact direction from the lower connector member 11. The block body 2 includes a support wall 32A capable of supporting the projection parts 16A and 16B of the connector 10. A gap which makes the projection parts 16A and 16B to come into contact with the support wall 32A of the block body 2 while passing through along the contact direction is formed between the connector holder 20 and the block body 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】コネクタホルダの破損や変形を防止しつつ、小型化及び軽量化を図ることができる電気接続箱を提供する。【解決手段】電気接続箱1は、電気部品が配設されたブロック体2と、コネクタ10と、コネクタ10を保持してブロック体2に固定するコネクタホルダ20とを備える。コネクタ10は、下側コネクタ部材11と、コネクタ嵌合方向において下側コネクタ部材11に接続される上側コネクタ部材12と、レバー軸周りに回動自在に下側コネクタ部材11に取り付けられるレバー13とを含む。下側コネクタ部材11は、下側コネクタ部材11から当接方向に沿って延びる突出部16A,16Bを含む。ブロック体2は、コネクタ10の突出部16A,16Bを支持可能な支持壁32Aを含む。コネクタホルダ20とブロック体2との間には、突出部16A,16Bが当接方向に沿って通過してブロック体2の支持壁32Aに当接することを可能にする空間が形成される。【選択図】図8 |
