PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a salary compensation apparatus, salary compensation method, and salary compensation program that can obtain a cost of expenses related to a labor in a processing accounting period by simple processing.SOLUTION: The salary compensation apparatus includes a master for designating an item to be compensated among expenses related to a labor, and generated cost calculation means that calculates, as a generated cost in a current month for the item specified by the master, an amount obtained by adding an amount equivalent to an accrued amount in the current month for the item specified by the master to an amount equivalent to a payment for the current month obtained by subtracting an amount equivalent to an accrued amount in a previous month for the item specified by the master from an amount of payment for the current month for the item specified by the master.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】簡単な処理により処理会計年月の労務に関する費用の原価を求めることが可能な給与補正処理装置、給与補正処理方法、および給与補正処理プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】給与補正処理装置は、労務に関する費用のうち補正対象の項目を指定するためのマスタと、前記マスタで指定された項目の当月の支払金額から前記マスタで指定された項目の前月の未払相当の金額を減算して得られる当月の支払相当の金額に、前記マスタで指定された項目の当月の未払相当の金額を加算したものを、前記マスタで指定された項目の当月の発生原価として算出する発生原価算出手段と、を備えている。【選択図】図２
