The porous body 1 comprises a cylindrical outer wall 11, and a partition wall 12 that partitions and forms a plurality of exhaust flow passages inside the outer wall 11. An airtight glass coating layer 2 is formed on an outer peripheral surface of the outer wall 11 of the porous body 1. The two exhaust pipes 3 and 4 are arranged on both sides in an axial direction of the porous body 1, and fastened and fixed to each other while sandwiching the porous body 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】排気浄化装置において、コストを抑えるとともに汎用性を高める。【解決手段】排気浄化装置10は、排気浄化用の多孔質体1と二つの排気管3,4とを備えている。多孔質体1は、筒状の外壁11と、外壁11の内側で複数の排気流路を区画形成する隔壁12とを有する。多孔質体1の外壁11の外周面上には、気密なガラスコーティング層2が形成される。また、二つの排気管3,4は、多孔質体1の軸方向の両側に配置され、多孔質体1を挟持した状態で互いに締め付け固定される。【選択図】図2 |
