Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable actual operation restart of at least one resting cylinder earlier while minimizing the occurrence of shock in a vehicle, in the cylinder resting operation of an engine 1 when an operation restart requirement is generated to restart the operation of at least one resting cylinder during executing a reduction in the output torque of the engine 1 at the time of executing the shift-up of an automatic transmission 3.SOLUTION: In the cylinder resting operation of the engine 1 when the operation restart requirement is generated during executing a reduction in the output torque of the engine 1 at the time of executing the shift-up of the automatic transmission 3, torque increasing means (a torque increasing part 50d) gradually increases the reduced output torque until just before actual operation restart of at least one resting cylinder.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】、エンジン1の気筒休止運転中において、自動変速機3のシフトアップの実行時におけるエンジン1の出力トルクの低下の実行中に、少なくとも1つの休止気筒を作動復帰させる作動復帰要求が発生したときに、車両にショックが出来る限り生じないようにしつつ、上記少なくとも1つの休止気筒の実際の作動復帰を早期に行えるようにする【解決手段】エンジン1の気筒休止運転中において、自動変速機3のシフトアップの実行時におけるエンジン1の出力トルクの低下の実行中に、上記作動復帰要求が発生したときに、トルク増大手段(トルク増大部50d)により、上記少なくとも1つの休止気筒の実際の作動復帰の直前まで、上記低下した出力トルクを徐々に増大させる。【選択図】図1
