Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printer that is capable of carrying out more ideal defect-free complete transfer, forming a fine image patter, and executing continuous printing.SOLUTION: A printer 1 comprises a pressing body (an impression cylinder 10) including a grounded base material having electric conductivity and an electrification layer 13 covering a surface of the base material, a plate cylinder 40 including a grounded cylindrical printing cylinder 41 having electric conductivity and a printing plate 42 installed at an outer periphery of the printing cylinder 41, a voltage impression unit for electrifying the electrification layer 13 of the pressing body, and an ink supply unit 50 capable of supplying ink to the printing plate 42. The printing plate 42 includes a sheet-like base material 42a having elasticity. On the surface of the base material 42a, liquid repellent parts 42c composed of a liquid repellent layer arranged in a pattern and lyophilic parts 42b which are openings in the liquid repellent layer and at which the surface of the base material 42a is exposed are formed. Also, the base material of the pressing body 10 and the electrification layer 13 are electrically insulated from each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】より理想的で瑕疵のない完全転写を実現し、微細な画像パターンを形成可能でかつ連続印刷が行ないうる印刷装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】印刷装置1は、導電性を有する接地された基材と基材の表面を被覆する帯電層13とを含む押圧体(圧胴10)と、導電性を有する接地された円筒状の印刷シリンダー41と印刷シリンダー41の外周部に設置された印刷版42とを含む版胴40と、押圧体の帯電層13を帯電させるための電圧印加部と、印刷版42にインクを供給可能なインク供給部50を具備する。印刷版42は弾性を有するシート状の基材42aを含み、基材42aの表面には、パターン状に配された撥液層よりなる撥液部42cと、撥液層の開口部であって基材42aの表面が露出した親液部42bとが形成されており、また押圧体10の基材と帯電層13とは電気的に絶縁されている。【選択図】図1 |
