Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aquatic life rearing system and an aquatic life rearing method capable of stabilizing a dissolved oxygen concentration in rearing water at a supersaturation state.SOLUTION: An aquatic life rearing system 100 includes a first supply part for supplying an oxygen saturation water W1 in which a dissolved oxygen concentration is saturated to a rearing tank 10, and a second supply part for supplying high oxygen concentration water W2 having a dissolved oxygen concentration higher than the oxygen saturation water W1 to the rearing tank 10.
