Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid monitoring system capable of efficiently collecting fluid when microbial contamination occurs.SOLUTION: The fluid monitoring system comprises: a microbial detection device 20 that detects microbes included in a fluid to be examined; one or more collection parts 30 for collecting fluid to be examined when the microbial detection device 20 detects a baseline level of microbes or more; a first flow path 101 connected to the microbial detection device 20; a second flow path 102 connected to the first flow path 101; a waste flow path 103 connected to the first flow path 101; and a microbe killing flow path 104 connected to the first flow path 101. When the fluid to be examined flows from upstream side of the second flow path 102, the fluid to be examined is guided to the microbial detection device 20. When heating fluid flows from upstream side of the second flow path 102, the heating fluid is guided into the waste flow path 103.
