Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food product of a new aspect prepared by using a soft capsule.SOLUTION: The soft capsule for preventing a texture from being deteriorated according to the present invention is used in an edible medium containing an edible oil to prevent a food product from being deteriorated in the texture and characterized in containing agar as a main component of a coating film. The soft capsule for preventing the texture from being deteriorated further contains preferably the texture deterioration inhibitor in the coating film.
