DRIVING DEVICE FOR ORGANIC EL PANEL AND DISPLAY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device for an organic EL panel that prevents a large current from flowing, and a display.SOLUTION: A driving device 50 for an organic EL panel executes: lighting processing of lighting pixels E11 to Emn to be lighted in a predetermined combination by performing scanning to sequentially connect a plurality of scan lines S1 to Sm to the ground GND, while connecting constant current sources A1 to An to drive lines corresponding to the pixels E11 to Emn from among drive lines D1 to Dn; and dummy scanning processing of applying a reverse bias voltage to the pixels E11 to Emn by performing dummy scanning to connect the plurality of scan lines S1 to Sm to a cathode voltage source Vc at different timings, while connecting the drive lines D1 to Dn to the ground GND.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】大電流が流れることを抑制する有機ＥＬパネル用駆動装置及び表示装置を提供する。【解決手段】有機ＥＬパネル用駆動装置５０は、ドライブラインＤ１〜Ｄｎのうち点灯させる画素Ｅ１１〜Ｅｍｎに対応するドライブラインに定電流源Ａ１〜Ａｎを接続しつつ複数の走査ラインＳ１〜Ｓｍを順にグランドＧＮＤに接続する走査を行うことで画素Ｅ１１〜Ｅｍｎを所定の組み合わせで点灯させる点灯処理と、ドライブラインＤ１〜ＤｎをグランドＧＮＤに接続しつつ複数の走査ラインＳ１〜Ｓｍを異なるタイミングで陰極電圧源Ｖｃに接続するダミー走査を行うことで画素Ｅ１１〜Ｅｍｎに逆バイアス電圧を印加するダミー走査処理と、を実行する。【選択図】図１
