WEIGHING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weighing apparatus capable of accurately weighing an object to be weighed being transported by a conveyor.SOLUTION: A weighing apparatus 10 comprises: conveyance means 20 including a rotation conveyance part 22 which rotatably conveys an object to be weighed 12 along an annular route 28 formed around two axes at a predetermined interval and a reciprocating part 30 which reciprocates the whole rotation conveyance part 22 along a straight line passing the two axes, and having a conveyance conveyor stop area at which the object to be weighed stops provided at a part of the annular route 28; a plurality of auxiliary bars 40 which are fixed at equal intervals on the annular route 28 while placing a principal plane in a direction substantially orthogonal to the conveyance direction and which are brought into contact with the object to be weighed from the back side thereof at the principal plane with respect to the conveyance direction to push out and convey the object to be weighed; weighing means 50 provided at the lower side of the conveyance conveyor stop area, for weighing the stopped object to be weighed; and release means 60 for releasing contact of the auxiliary bars 40 with the object to be weighed stopped at the conveyance conveyor stop area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】コンベア搬送中の計量対象物を精度良く計量可能な計量装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の計量装置１０は、所定間隔の二軸周りに形成した環状経路２８に沿って計量対象物１２を回転搬送する回転搬送部２２と、前記二軸を通る直線に沿って前記回転搬送部２２全体を所定距離往復移動させる往復移動部３０を有し、前記環状経路２８の一部に前記計量対象物が停止する搬送コンベア停止エリアを設けた搬送手段２０と、前記環状経路２８に等間隔に複数取り付けて搬送方向と略直交する方向に主面を配置し、前記搬送方向に対して前記計量対象物の背面側から前記主面で接して前記計量対象物を押し出して搬送させる補助バー４０と、前記搬送コンベア停止エリアの下方に設け、停止した前記計量対象物を計量する計量手段５０と、前記搬送コンベア停止エリアで停止した前記計量対象物と前記補助バー４０の接触を解除する解除手段６０と、を備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】 図１
