Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support an upper structure part with steel columns erected from an outer wall without providing an aseismatic element between an outer wall of a lower structure part and the upper structure part of a building.SOLUTION: In steel columns 100, a lower end 102 is embedded in an upper part 26B of an outer wall 26 of a lower structure part 20 having a reinforced concrete outer wall 26, and an upper end 104 is erected from the outer wall 26.
