Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of rare earth-iron-nitrogen-based magnetic material, with less unevenness in calcination of a mixture containing a raw material of a magnetic material at reduction-diffusion of an oxide of a rare earth element.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes: a molding preparation step of preparing a lumpy molding 50 containing a mixture of oxide powder including a rare earth element and an Fe element, and metal calcium; and a reduction diffusion step of reacting the molding 50 inside a vessel 10 for reduction diffusion. In the reduction diffusion step, an inside of the vessel 10 is irradiated with radiant heat from a plurality of through holes 11 formed at a side face of the vessel 10, to heat the molding 50.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】希土類元素の酸化物を還元拡散させる際に、磁性材料の原料を含む混合物の焼ムラが少ない希土類−鉄−窒素系磁性材料の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】希土類元素及びFe元素を含む酸化物の粉末と金属カルシウムとの混合物を含む塊状の成形体50を準備する成形体準備工程と、成形体50を容器10内で還元拡散反応させる還元拡散工程と、を含み、前記還元拡散工程は、容器10の側面に形成された複数の貫通孔11から容器10内に輻射熱を照射することで、成形体50の加熱を行う。【選択図】図4 |
