RESIN COATED BOTTLE TYPE CAN, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND RESIN COATED METAL PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a resin coated bottle type can having a neck part, a shoulder part, a trunk part and a bottom part integrally formed from a resin coated metal plate.SOLUTION: A resin-coated bottle type can 100 of the present invention comprises a resin-coated metal plate including an aluminum plate, a pair of chemical coating films each containing 5 to 50 mg/mchromium located on both sides thereof and a pair of resin layers having a pair of chemical coating films containing polyester. The resin-coated metal plate is formed a cup-shaped first intermediate body by drawing, one or more redrawing and/or ironing and trimming, a second intermediate body having a neck part, a shoulder part, a trunk part and a bottom part is formed by necking to the opening part of the first intermediate body, and the neck part of the second intermediate body is threaded, beaded and curled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】樹脂被覆金属板から、首部、肩部、胴部および底部が一体形成された樹脂被覆ボトル型缶を製造可能とする。【解決手段】本発明の樹脂被覆ボトル型缶１００は、アルミニウム板と、その両面に位置し、各々が５乃至５０ｍｇ／ｍ２の範囲でクロムを含んでいる一対の化成皮膜と、ポリエステルを含み、前記一対の化成皮膜をそれぞれ被覆している一対の樹脂層とを含んだ樹脂被覆金属板に対して、絞り加工と、１回以上の再絞り加工および／またはしごき加工と、トリミング加工とを施してカップ状の第１の中間体を成形し、前記第１の中間体の開口部にネッキング加工を施して、首部、肩部、胴部および底部を有する第２の中間体を成形し、前記第２の中間体の前記首部にねじ加工、ビード加工およびカール加工を施すことで得られる樹脂被覆ボトル型缶である。【選択図】 図１
