Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding jig which holds a vehicular frame member for welding, and allows the frame member to be corrected by being applied with outer force even when the frame member is deformed.SOLUTION: The welding jig comprises: a base part 11 where a workpiece W is placed and held; a first column support 12 and a second column support 13 that vertically extend and are secured to both ends of the base part 11 so as to be in parallel with each other; movable jaws 17 which are provided respectively at the middles of the first column support 12 and the second column support 13 and move forward in a direction of the workpiece W by the fastening force of bolts 16; a pin 14 having a head part and provided at the top end of the first column support 12 so that the center axis is in a vertical direction; a coupling arm 15 of which the one end is journaled by the top end of the second column support 13 so as to be horizontally tunable and which has a slit groove 153 at the other end, the slit groove 153 being formed so that the pin 14 is inserted into and engaged with the groove 153; and a movable jaw 18 which is provided at the middle of the coupling arm 15 and moves forward in a direction of the workpiece W by the fastening force of the bolt 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】車両用フレーム部材を溶接のために保持し、フレーム部材が変形している場合であっても、外力を加えて修正をすることができる溶接冶具を提供する。【解決手段】ワークWが載置されるベース部11と、上下方向に延び、互いに平行となるようにベース部11の両端に固定された第1の支柱12及び第2の支柱13と、第1の支柱12及び第2の支柱13のそれぞれの中間に設けられ、ボルト16の緊締力によってワークW方向に前進する可動ジヨー17と、第1の支柱12の上端に、中心軸が垂直方向となるように設けられた頭部を有するピン14と、水平方向に回動自在となるように、第2の支柱13の上端に一端が軸支され、他端部にはピン14が挿入されて係合するように形成されたスリット溝153を有する連結アーム15と、連結アーム15の中間に設けられ、ボルト16の緊締力によってワークW方向に前進する可動ジヨー18とを備えた構成とした。【選択図】図1
