OVERHEAD SHOWER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead shower device in which a drop of a water discharge head is prevented even if a fixing member comes off, and thereby it can be used safely.SOLUTION: An overhead shower device (1) of the present invention is fixed on a wall surface. The overhead shower device includes: a water discharge head (2); a supporting part (4) for fixing and supporting the water discharge head on the wall surface; a fixing member (16) for fixing the water discharge head to the supporting part; and a drop-off prevention mechanism constituted of an insert bar (30) provided at the supporting part and having an engagement part, and a bar receiving part (34) provided at the water discharge head. The overhead shower device is characterized in that the insert bar is inserted from a side into a bar receiving part, the fixing member fixes the water discharge head to the supporting part while the insert bar is inserted into the bar receiving part, the engagement part is engaged with the bar receiving part when the fixing member comes off, and thereby the insert bar is prevented from coming out of the bar receiving part and the detachment of the water discharge head from the supporting part is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】固定部材が外れた場合であっても、吐水ヘッドの落下を防止し、安全に使用することができるオーバーヘッドシャワー装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、壁面に固定されるオーバーヘッドシャワー装置(1)であって、吐水ヘッド(2)と、吐水ヘッドを壁面に固定支持する支持部(4)と、吐水ヘッドを支持部に固定する固定部材(16)と、支持部に設けられ係合部を有する挿入バー(30)、及び吐水ヘッドに設けられたバー受け部(34)から構成された脱落防止機構と、を備え、挿入バーはバー受け部に側方から挿入され、固定部材は、挿入バーがバー受け部に挿入された状態で吐水ヘッドを支持部に固定するものであり、固定部材が外れた場合において、係合部がバー受け部と係合することにより、挿入バーのバー受け部からの抜けが防止され、吐水ヘッドの支持部からの脱落が防止されることを特徴としている。【選択図】図４
