PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead shower device in which a filter can be easily and safely cleaned.SOLUTION: There is provided an overhead shower device (1) which is fixed to a wall face and discharges water from above, the overhead shower device comprising: a water discharge head (2) in which plural water spray holes (12) are formed; a support part (4) for fixing and supporting the water discharge head to a wall face (W) and having therein, a water passage where water supplied from a water supply source passes; a filter (20) for filtering the water supplied from the water supply source and is directed to the water discharge head; and a filter storage part (22) storing the filter, in which the filter storage part is provided on a base end part of the support part, and the filter can be detached from the filter storage part in a state in which the water discharge head is fixed and supported by the support part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】容易に且つ安全にフィルタの掃除を行うことができるオーバーヘッドシャワー装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、壁面に固定され上方から水を吐水するオーバーヘッドシャワー装置(1)であって、複数の散水孔(12)が形成された吐水ヘッド(2)と、吐水ヘッドを壁面(W)に固定支持するとともに、給水源から供給された水が通水する通水路を内部に有する支持部(4)と、給水源から供給され、吐水ヘッドへ向かう水をろ過するフィルタ(20)と、このフィルタが収納されたフィルタ収納部(22)と、を備え、フィルタ収納部は、支持部の基端部に設けられていると共に、支持部によって吐水ヘッドが固定支持されている状態でフィルタがフィルタ収納部から着脱可能に構成されていることを特徴としている。【選択図】図３
