Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite oxide catalyst excellent in inversion rate of raw material as the catalyst used in production of the corresponding unsaturated aldehyde and unsaturated carboxylic acid by gas phase catalytic oxidation of an olefin as a raw material with an oxygen-containing gas, highly maintaining the selectivity of desired unsaturated aldehyde and unsaturated carboxylic acid, and enabling yield improvement.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for production of composite oxide catalysts including at least one element selected from the group consisting of molybdenum, bismuth, cobalt, nickel, iron, sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium and thallium. The method includes the processes of integrating and heating the supply source compounds of respective component elements in an aqueous system, and the supply source compound of at least one element selected from the group consisting of sodium, potassium, rubidium, cesium and thallium includes the carbonate or chloride thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】オレフィンを原料として酸素含有ガスとの気相接触酸化により対応する不飽和アルデヒド及び不飽和カルボン酸を製造する際に用いる複合酸化物触媒として、原料の転化率に優れ、且つ所望とする不飽和アルデヒド及び不飽和カルボン酸の選択率を高く維持し、収率の向上が可能となる複合酸化物触媒を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】モリブデン、ビスマス、コバルト、ニッケル、鉄、並びに、ナトリウム、カリウム、ルビジウム、セシウム及びタリウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素を含む複合酸化物の製造方法であって、各成分元素の供給源化合物の水性系での一体化及び加熱する工程を含み、ナトリウム、カリウム、ルビジウム、セシウム及びタリウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の元素の供給源化合物が炭酸塩又は塩化物を含む複合酸化物触媒の製造方法。【選択図】なし |
