PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power demand adjustment device, a power demand adjustment method, and an electric power demand adjustment program for stabilizing electric power supply to an electric power system.SOLUTION: A target value calculation unit calculates a target value demand of electric power which reduces change rate of a system load curve representing predicted value of the electric power demand of an electric power system based on the electric power consumption of a predetermined device capable of shifting a time period of the electric power consumption existing in the electric power system. The incentive determination unit acquires an operation plan of a predetermined device in the case of providing demand response information each using a predetermined number of different incentive amounts, and determines a specific incentive amount for achieving the target value based on each acquired operation plan.
