Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an estimation method of strength characteristics of soil cement capable of estimating strength characteristics from particle size of the soil, and an estimation device, a quality management method of a foot protection part when constructing pile, and a quality management unit.SOLUTION: Disclosed method is a method for estimating strength characteristics of a soil cement constituted of a mixture of a cement material, a soil material and water. The method includes: a step S1 in which granularity characteristics of the soil material is calculated; a step S2 in which a correlation relationship between the elastic wave speed of the soil cement and the strength characteristics based on the calculated granularity characteristics of the soil material; a step S3 in which the elastic wave speed of the soil cement is measured; and a step S4 in which the strength characteristics are estimated corresponding to the measured elastic wave speed from the correlation relationship.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】土の粒度から強度特性を推定することのできるソイルセメントの強度特性の推定方法、推定装置、杭施工時における根固め部の品質管理方法、品質管理装置を提供する。【解決手段】セメント系材料と土質材料と水とを混合してなるソイルセメントの強度特性を推定する方法であって、土質材料の粒度特性を求めるステップS1と、求めた土質材料の粒度特性に基づいて、ソイルセメントの弾性波速度と強度特性との相関関係を求めるステップS2と、ソイルセメントの弾性波速度を測定するステップS3と、測定した弾性波速度に対応する強度特性を前記相関関係から推定するステップS4とを備えるようにする。【選択図】図1 |
