Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a highly accurate measurement of center core misalignment between antennas, and to enable the antennas to be set up in a state less in misalignment.SOLUTION: In a plate thickness measurement device using a first antenna and second antenna, which are opposingly arranged and serve as microwave distance meter, a method of measuring center core misalignment between the first antenna and the second antenna comprises: a first distance measurement step of providing a cuboid test piece having a plane surface obliquely arranged at a first height, disposing the test piece in four directions where the test piece is caused to rotate around a rotary axis parallel with an opposing axis by 90 degrees, and measuring a first distance; a second distance measurement step of providing the cuboid test piece at a second height in a state with the plane surface inclined, disposing the test piece in four directions, and measuring a second distance; and a center core misalignment-amount calculation step of calculating an amount of angle misalignment and an amount of position misalignment in a pair of plane surfaces parallel with the rotary axis and orthogonal to each other on the basis of a measurement plate thickness at the first height to be calculated from the first distance, and a measurement plate thickness at the second height to be calculated from the second distance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】アンテナ同士の芯ズレを精度よく測定することができ、芯ズレが少ない状態でアンテナを設置することができること。【解決手段】対向して配されるマイクロ波距離計アンテナである第1のアンテナと第2のアンテナとを用いた板厚測定装置において、第1のアンテナと第2のアンテナとの芯ズレを測定する方法であって、平面を傾けて配した直方体状の試験片を、第1の高さに設け、対向軸に平行な回転軸を中心として90度ずつ回転させた4方向に配し、第1の距離を測定する第1の距離測定工程と、試験片を、平面が傾いた状態で、第2の高さに設け、4方向に配し、第2の距離を測定する第2の距離測定工程と、第1の距離から算出される第1の高さにおける測定板厚と、第2の距離から算出される第2の高さにおける測定板厚とに基づいて、回転軸に平行且つ互いに直行する1対の平面における、角度ズレ量及び位置ズレ量を算出する芯ズレ量算出工程と、を備える。【選択図】図3 |
