Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-shaft type vertical wind power generation device solving the problem that a device for extracting stable wind energy under an unstable wind flow is impossible but the range of utilization of the wind energy may also be widened by widening a width where the wind blows even a little and in a propeller type wind power generation device that is used at present, since there is no wing for collecting winds, the range of utilization of winds is reduced.SOLUTION: The weak point of a vertical type wind power generation device is that areas of blades catching air flows are reduced. As means for solving this problem, two wind collection wings and two wind dray wings are mounted and controlled in the wind power generation device, thereby supporting the problem of the weak point that the areas of blades catching winds are reduced. Another problem is noise pollution in the area near the houses, but it may be possible to also solve this problem by using functions of a two-shaft type vertical wind power generation device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】風の流れは不安定で安定した風のエネルギーを取り出す装置は不可能である、しかし風の吹いている幅を少しでも広げる事で風のエネルギーの利用する幅も広がる、現在使われているプロペラ型風力発電装置では風を集める翼がないがため風を利用する幅が少ない、この問題を課題とした二軸型垂直風力発電装置である。【解決手段】垂直型風力発電装置の弱点は風量を捉えるブレードの対面積が少ない事である、この問題を解決手段として二台の風収集翼と二台の風ドレー翼を風力発電装置に装置制御すれば弱点である風を捉えるブレードの対面積が少ない問題を補佐できる、もう一つの問題は人家の近くでは騒音公害の問題であるが、この問題も二軸型垂直風力発電装置の機能を使えば問題を解決する可能性がある。【選択図】図3
