PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath agent composition that uses an inorganic salt hydrate to effectively enhance a warm feeling, produces a good flavor, and can effectively prevent the expansion of package material and the discoloration of the bath agent composition.SOLUTION: A bath agent composition contains following components (A), (B), (C), and (D): (A) a flavor particle of 0.1 mass% or more and 50 mass% or less, the flavor particle containing a flavor component (a1) of 5 mass% or more and 40 mass% or less, (B) an inorganic salt hydrate of 0.03 mass% or more and 10 mass% or less, (C) an organic acid, and (D) a carbonate, with the content of an excipient (E) having an intramolecular sugar skeleton of 10 mass% or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】無機塩水和物を用いて温まり感を有効に増強させつつ、良好な香り立ちをもたらすとともに、包材の膨れや浴用剤組成物の変色を有効に防止することのできる浴用剤組成物に関する。【解決手段】次の成分（Ａ）、（Ｂ）、（Ｃ）、及び（Ｄ）：（Ａ）香料成分（ａ１）を５質量％以上４０質量％以下含む香料粒子 ０．１質量％以上５０質量％以下、（Ｂ）無機塩水和物 ０．０３質量％以上１０質量％以下、（Ｃ）有機酸、（Ｄ）炭酸塩を含有し、かつ分子内に糖骨格を有する賦形剤（Ｅ）の含有量が１０質量％以下である浴用剤組成物。【選択図】なし
