UNLOCKING DEVICE OF ELEVATOR LANDING DOOR AND UNLOCKING SYSTEM OF ELEVATOR LANDING DOOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unlocking device of an elevator landing door and an unlocking system that unlock a landing door lock without providing a keyhole for an emergency unlocking and without using an unlocking bar while leaving a room for an operation of a manual operating piece if required.SOLUTION: An unlocking device 50 for an elevator landing door includes a landing door lock 52 including a hooking part 54 and a latch 56, an operating piece 60 supported to be rotatable around a supporting point 62 provided in an edge of a landing door 22, a wire 68 connecting the latch 56 and the operating piece 60, and an emergency unlocking part 70 unlocking the landing door lock 52 by rotating the operating piece 60 to pull the wire 68. The emergency unlocking part 70 rotates the operating piece 60 to unlock the landing door lock 52 when an AND condition is satisfied, namely, there is a wireless unlocking signal, there is no signal during traveling of an elevator, and there is no door opening signal for the elevator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】エレベーター乗場扉の開錠装置及び開錠システムにおいて、非常開錠用の鍵穴を設けず、必要なときは手動による作動片の操作の余地を残しつつ、錠外し棒を用いずに乗場扉錠の開錠を行うことである。【解決手段】エレベーター乗場扉の開錠装置５０は、掛止部５４とラッチ５６とを含む乗場扉錠５２と、乗場扉２２縁に設けられた支点６２の周りに回動可能に支持された作動片６０と、ラッチ５６と作動片６０とを接続するワイヤ６８と、作動片６０を回動させることでワイヤ６８を引っ張って乗場扉錠５２を開錠する非常開錠部７０とを備え、非常開錠部７０は、無線開錠信号があること、エレベーターの走行中信号がないこと、及び、エレベーターのドア開信号がないことについてＡＮＤ条件を満たすときに作動片６０を回動させて乗場扉錠５２を開錠する。【選択図】図３
