PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin resection tool capable of collecting a tissue sample having various thickness by a simple operation.SOLUTION: In a skin resection tool including resection means having an annular blade edge on the tip, capable of resecting a skin with the blade edge, and a cylindrical outer casing having the resection means inserted inside, capable of guiding the resection means in the axial direction, an engaging mechanism for regulating relative movement in the axial direction between the outer casing and the resection means is provided between the outer casing and the resection means, and a resection depth of the skin can be adjusted by a distance from an apical surface of the outer casing to the blade edge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】簡単な操作で様々な厚みの組織標本を採取可能な皮膚切除具を提供する。【解決手段】先端に環状の刃先を有し、該刃先により皮膚を切除可能な軸状の切除手段と、切除手段が内部に挿入されて、切除手段を軸方向に案内可能な筒状の外筒と、を備え、外筒と切除手段の間には、外筒と切除手段の軸方向の相対移動を規制する係合機構が設けられ、外筒の先端面と刃先までの距離によって、皮膚の切除深さが調整可能とされることを特徴とする皮膚切除具。【選択図】図１
