Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic actuator capable of increasing attraction force, even if the attraction surface of an armature is flat.SOLUTION: A drive section 30 includes an armature 33 and a stator placed oppositely, and has a flat attraction surface 34. When a coil 81 is not generating a magnetic field, there is a gap between the attraction surface 34 and the pole face 91. When the coil 81 generates a magnetic field by electrification, a magnetic force for attracting the armature 33 is generated in each stator 82a, 82b, and since there is a gap, each stator 82a, 82b attracts the armature 33. The gap between the pole face 91 of each stator 82a, 82b and the attraction surface 34 of the armature 33 is larger on the outside than on the center side. Although the attraction surface 34 of the armature 33 is flat, the pole face 91 of each stator 82a, 82b is not flat, but the outside is recessed so as to increase the gap.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】アーマチャの吸引面が平坦であっても、吸引力を増加することができる電磁アクチュエータを提供する。【解決手段】駆動部30は、アーマチャ33とステータとが対向して配置され、吸引面34が平坦状である。コイル部81が磁界を発生していない場合、吸引面34と磁極面91との間に隙間がある。コイル部81が通電によって磁界を発生すると、各ステータ82a,82bにはアーマチャ33を吸引する磁力が発生し、隙間があるので、各ステータ82a,82bはアーマチャ33を吸引する。各ステータ82a,82bの磁極面91は、アーマチャ33の吸引面34との隙間が中心側よりも外側が大きい。アーマチャ33の吸引面34は平坦状であるが、各ステータ82a,82bの磁極面91は平坦状ではなく、隙間が大きくなるように、外側が凹んでいる。【選択図】図7
