INSPECTION METHOD FOR SCREEN PRINTING PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method for a screen printing plate having a transparent resin layer capable of accurately inspecting a formed printing pattern with a simple and user-friendly device configuration.SOLUTION: An inspection method for a printing pattern 15, includes the steps of: placing a screen printing plate P on an optical interference part that regularly reflects a ray of light of a first color component with respect to light irradiation; irradiating the ray of light which has at least the first color component to the screen printing plate P from a vertical direction with respect to the screen printing plate P; picking up a specularly reflected light composed of the first color component lay of regular reflection light constituted of the first color component from at least a light interference portion in an opening 14; and carrying out the inspection visually or by comparing with a previously stored reference image and/or a reference value using the pick up image as an inspection image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】透明な樹脂層を備えたスクリーン版の検査において、簡易で扱いやすい装置構成によって、形成された印刷パターンを精度よく検査する検査方法を提供する。【解決手段】光の照射に対して、第１の色成分の光を正反射する光干渉部の上に、スクリーン版Ｐを載置し、スクリーン版Ｐに対する鉛直方向から、スクリーン版Ｐに向かって第１の色成分を少なくとも有する光を照射し、少なくとも開口部１４における光干渉部から、第１の色成分から成る正反射光を撮像し、撮像した画像を検査画像とし、目視又はあらかじめ記憶した基準画像及び／又は基準値との比較により、印刷パターン１５の検査を行う。【選択図】図１
