MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SLURRY ICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method of slurry ice capable of not only sufficiently keeping freshness of a cooled object such as fish, but also hardly damaging the cooled object.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for manufacturing slurry ice from salt water in a circulation state, includes an air bubble production process for producing air bubbles mainly composed of a nitrogen gas in the salt water, and a cooling process for cooling the salt water in a state of keeping the air bubbles produced in the air bubble production process.
