Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device and a manufacturing method of slurry ice capable of not only sufficiently keeping freshness of a cooled object such as fish, but also hardly damaging the cooled object.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method for manufacturing slurry ice from salt water in a circulation state, includes an air bubble production process for producing air bubbles mainly composed of a nitrogen gas in the salt water, and a cooling process for cooling the salt water in a state of keeping the air bubbles produced in the air bubble production process. The air bubble production process includes a first process for supplying a gas mainly composed of salt water and a nitrogen gas to a first chamber, a second process for supplying the salt water and the gas supplied to the first chamber to a second chamber communicated with the first chamber through a narrow communication port, and a third process for supplying the salt water and the gas supplied to the second chamber to a third chamber communicated with the second chamber through a narrow communication port.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
