HEAT INSULATION COOKER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat insulation cooker which quickly cools foods after heat insulation cooking and secures safety of the foods from the aspect of hygiene.SOLUTION: A heat insulation cooker 1 includes: a body part 2 in which an opening for taking a cooking instrument P into/out from the body part 2 is formed at an upper part and which is formed by a heat insulation material and has a box shape with a closed bottom; a cooking instrument housing part 3 which is formed in the body part 2 and houses the cooking instrument P; a coolant housing part 4 which is formed adjacent to the cooking instrument housing part 3 and stores a coolant C for cooling the cooking instrument P; and a lid part 5 which is detachably provided at the opening and formed by a heat insulation material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】保温調理後に食品を速やかに冷却して、この食品の衛生面での安全性を確保した保温調理器を提供する。【解決手段】調理器具Ｐを出し入れする開口部が上部に形成された、断熱材からなる有底箱状の本体部２と、本体部２の内部に形成された、調理器具Ｐを収納する調理器具収納部３と、調理器具収納部３と隣り合って形成された、調理器具Ｐを冷却する冷却材Ｃを収納する冷却材収納部４と、前記開口部に着脱自在に設けられた、断熱材からなる蓋部５と、を備えた保温調理器１を構成する。【選択図】図１
