Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger enabling downsizing and weight saving thanks to improvement of heat exchange efficiency compared to conventional one, and capable of improving pressure resistance of a shell, preventing clogging at low pressure loss, and improving productivity.SOLUTION: An object is to provide a heat exchanger that includes a fin-and-tube type heat exchange unit having a large inner and outer area ratio and a plate configured to prevent internal bypass, to improve heat efficiency and attain downsizing and weight saving; employs a cylinder as a shell, to improve pressure resistance; and makes a fin pitch wide, to prevent clogging at low pressure loss. Also, a shielding plate and a buffle plate included therein do not need welding, and the shell employs a seamless tube, so that the number of welding places can be greatly reduced to improve productivity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 従来に比べ熱交換効率の向上により小型軽量で、シェルの耐圧力を向上させた、かつ低圧力損失で目詰まりしにくく、生産性を向上させた熱交換器を提供する。【解決手段】 内外面積比の大きいフィン&チューブ式熱交換ユニットおよび、内部バイパスを防止する板を具備することで熱交換効率を向上させ小型軽量化、シェルは円筒を採用することで耐圧を向上させ、フィンピッチを広く取ることで低圧損で目詰まりのしにくい熱交換器を提供できる。また、内部に具備されている遮蔽板とバッフル板は溶接を必要とせず、シェルもシームレス管の仕様にて、溶接箇所の大幅な削減による生産性の向上を実現する。【選択図】 図1 |
