Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injector for suppressing a temperature change of a member as part of an actuator.SOLUTION: An injector 100 includes a nozzle 110 holding fuel in an accumulated state, having an injection hole at the front end, and inserted into an opening 11 of a mounting object member 10, a needle 120 provided inside the nozzle and having a valve element 121 for closing the injection hole during non-injection, and an actuator 130 provided on the opposite side to the injection hole side of the nozzle for driving the needle in the direction of opening the valve element during injection. In the actuator at part of its position where heat is transmitted from the nozzle, vacuum layers 210-230 are provided which are distributedly arranged in the peripheral direction with respect to the center axis of the nozzle.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】アクチュエータを構成する部材の温度変化を抑制したインジェクタを提供する。【解決手段】燃料を蓄圧された状態で保持しかつ先端に噴孔を有するとともに取付対象部材10に形成された開口11に挿入されるノズル110と、ノズルの内部に設けられ非噴射時に噴孔を閉塞する弁体121を有するニードル120と、ノズルの噴孔側とは反対側に設けられ噴射時にニードルを前記弁体を開弁方向に駆動するアクチュエータ130とを備えるインジェクタ100を、アクチュエータにおいてノズルからの熱が伝導する箇所の一部に、ノズルの中心軸に対して周方向に分布して配置された真空層210〜230を設けた構成とする。【選択図】図1 |
