PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide fittings which can realize structure to release regulation of an opening regulation part by an easy operation at emergency time with simple structure while regulating the opened and closed range of shoji by the opening regulation part at normal time.SOLUTION: A swinging window (fittings) has a frame body 10 arranged in an opening portion of the fittings, a shoji 15 supported so as to be able to open and close by the frame body 10, and a guide groove 51 where a frame body side fixing part 55 which is connected to the frame body 10 detachably and a guide pin (connection member) 26 which is provided to the shoji 15 are connected so as to be able to slide, and comprises an arm part 50 which regulates the opened and closed range of the shoji 15, and an external release lock (external operation part) 60 which can release a connection between the frame body 10 and the frame body side fixing part 55. The connection between the frame body side fixing part 55 and the frame body 10 is released by operating the external release lock 60 from the outdoor side, the swinging window is structured so as to be able to release the regulation of the arm part 50 in a state that the guide pin 26 and the guide groove 51 are connected.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】通常時は開度規制部によって障子の開閉範囲を規制しつつ、非常時は容易な操作で開度規制部の規制を解除する構成をシンプルな構造で実現できる建具を提供する。【解決手段】開き窓（建具）は、建物の開口部に配置される枠体１０と、枠体１０に開閉可能に支持される障子１５と、枠体１０に離脱可能に連結される枠体側固定部５５及び障子１５に設けられるガイドピン（係合部材）２６がスライド移動可能に連結されるガイド溝５１を有し、障子１５の開閉範囲を規制するアーム部５０と、枠体１０と枠体側固定部５５の連結を解除可能な外部開放錠（外部操作部）６０と、を備える。外部開放錠６０が室外側から操作されることにより、枠体側固定部５５と枠体１０の連結が解除され、ガイドピン２６とガイド溝５１が連結された状態のままアーム部５０の規制を解除可能に構成される。【選択図】図５
