PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine cellulose fiber inclusion sheet excellent in production efficiency when powdering and obtaining a resin composite, and from which such a resin composite can be formed that has an excellent mechanical strength.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a fine cellulose fiber inclusion sheet including a fine cellulose fiber whose fiber diameter is 4-5000 nm. The fine cellulose fiber inclusion sheet has: the freeness of water dispersion, which is obtained by disintegrating the fine cellulose fiber inclusion sheet in accordance with JIS P 8220-1(2012), of 100-500 ml when measured in a measurement method (a); the water content of 10-50 mass%; the density of 0.55-1.05 g/cm.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】本発明は、粉末化や複合化を行う際の生産効率に優れた微細セルロース繊維含有シートであって、かつ機械的強度に優れた樹脂複合体を成形し得る微細セルロース繊維含有シートを提供することを課題とする。【解決手段】本発明は、繊維径が４〜５０００ｎｍの微細セルロース繊維を含む微細セルロース繊維含有シートであって、微細セルロース繊維含有シートをＪＩＳ Ｐ ８２２０−１（２０１２）に準拠して離解して得た水分散体のフリーネスであって、測定方法（ａ）で測定した際のフリーネスが、１００〜５００ｍｌであり、水分含有率が１０〜５０質量％であり、密度が０．５５〜１．０５ｇ／ｃｍ3である微細セルロース繊維含有シートに関する。【選択図】なし
