PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting strength enhancing damage care agent that enhances setting strength of components having hair styling effects while caring for damage that causes a style to collapse, a hair care composition that has setting strength for a hairstyle, arranging strength (re-styling strength) and the effect of preventing a style from collapsing and that can care for damage that causes a style to collapse.SOLUTION: The setting strength enhancing damage care agent comprises the following components A, B and C. Component A: a plant extract and/or powder and/or a fermented product containing a polyphenol. B: a component derived from rice.
