TABLET PACKAGING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet packaging apparatus capable of incorporating water cleaning process without causing any damage to precision instruments installed in a main body of the apparatus.SOLUTION: A tablet packaging apparatus 10 consists of: an apparatus main body 11 in which a container film 1a having a pocket 1b formed with the container film 1a, being filled with a tablet 1d and sealed by a cover film 3a is cut into a predetermined shape to be fed as a PTP sheet 1; and a watertight cleaning box 12 which is fixed adjacent to the apparatus main body 11 and has a tablet filling mechanism 17 built therein. A cleaning enclosure 70 is built in the apparatus main body 11. In the cleaning enclosure 70, an adhesion mechanism 19 is provided for sticking the cover film 3a to the container film 1a in which the tablet 1d is stored in the pocket 1b. The cleaning enclosure 70 is provided with inlet/outlet ports 70d/70e of the container film 1a and a lead-in port 70f of the cover film 3a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】装置本体内に設置されている精密機器に何らのダメージを与えることなく水洗い洗浄を取り入れることができる錠剤包装装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】錠剤包装装置１０は、ポケット１ｂが形成された容器フィルム１ａに錠剤１ｄを充填し、カバーフィルム３ａで密封された容器フィルム１ａを所定の形状に切断してＰＴＰシート１として送り出す装置本体１１と、装置本体１１に隣接して固定され、錠剤充填機構１７が内蔵されている水密性の洗浄用ボックス１２とで構成されている。装置本体１１内には洗浄用筐体７０が内蔵されている。洗浄用筐体７０内には、ポケット１ｂに錠剤１ｄが収納された容器フィルム１ａにカバーフィルム３ａを貼着する貼着機構１９が収納されている。洗浄用筐体７０には、容器フィルム１ａの入・出口７０ｄ・７０ｅと、カバーフィルム３ａの引込口７０ｆが設けられている。【選択図】図１
