Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified addition production method (AM).SOLUTION: By using an application device 1, a layer 8 of a powder 9 is applied on an underlying layer. By using a process beam 12, a first area 10 in the layer 8 is heated locally in such a way that grains of the powder 9 in the area 10 is heated but not bonded to each other yet. A temperature profile of the layer 8 is detected and evaluated in the vicinity of the first area 10 according to a distance x from the area 10 and time. As a step in the evaluation, at least a local thermal conductivity k or a local diffusion ratio D is determined quantitatively or qualitatively based on the temperature profile of the first area 10. By using the process beams 12, a second area 11 correlating with the first area 10 of the layer 8 is heated locally to bond grains of the powder 9 in the area 11 to each other. At least one process variable of the process beam 12 related to heating of the second area 11 is determined in relation to the local thermal conductivity k or the diffusion ratio D which has been determined with respect to its correlating first area 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】改良した付加製造法(AM)を提供する。【解決手段】塗布装置1により、下地の上に粉末9の層8を塗布する。加工ビーム12により、層8の第1の区域10を、該区域10内にある粉末9の粒子が加熱されるが未だ互いに結合はしないように、局所的に加熱する。該層8の温度プロフィルを検出し、第1の区域10の近辺で該区域10からの距離xや時間に応じて評価する。該評価の一環として第1の区域10の温度プロフィルに基づき少なくとも局所的熱伝導率k又は局所的拡散率Dを定量的又は定性的に判定する。加工ビーム12により、層8の第1の区域10と相関する第2の区域11を局所的に加熱し、該区域11内にある粉末9の粒子を互いに結合させる。第2の区域11の加熱に関わる加工ビーム12の少なくとも1つの加工変数を、相関する第1の区域10に対し判定済みの局所的熱伝導率k又は拡散率Dに関連して決定する。【選択図】図1 |
