Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cooling a slab secondarily in a continuous casting, which cools the slab uniformly by mist-spraying a coolant to a surface of the slab using a two fluid-spraying nozzle, and to provide a method for casting a steel continuously.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a method for cooling a slab secondarily in a continuous casting, including: mist-spraying a coolant from a plurality of two fluid-spraying nozzles 3 arranged in a width direction of the slab 1 at predetermined intervals to a surface of the slab 1, thereby cooling the slab 1. In the method, a spray nozzle is used as the two fluid-spraying nozzle 3, in which a position where a ratio to water amount density just under a two fluid-spraying nozzle 3 is 50% or more is a distance S away from both sides of a spraying range of the coolant in the width direction of the slab 1; and a lap part made by the spraying ranges of the coolants sprayed from the two fluid-spraying nozzles 3 adjacent to each other falls within a range of 1.6S or more but 2.4S or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】二流体スプレーノズルにより冷却水をミスト状に鋳片の表面に噴射して該鋳片を均一に冷却する連続鋳造における鋳片の2次冷却方法および鋼の連続鋳造方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明に係る連続鋳造における鋳片の2次冷却方法は、鋳片1の幅方向に所定の間隔で配置した複数の二流体スプレーノズル3から冷却水をミスト状にして鋳片1の表面に噴射して鋳片1を冷却するものにおいて、二流体スプレーノズル3として、二流体スプレーノズル3直下の水量密度に対する比率が50%となる位置が、鋳片1の幅方向における前記冷却水の噴射範囲の両端から距離Sであるものを用い、かつ隣り合う二流体スプレーノズル3から噴射される前記冷却水の噴射範囲のラップ代が1.6S以上2.4S以下の範囲となるようにすることを特徴とするものである。【選択図】 図1
