Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice polishing technique which regenerates a Japanese type cooked rice quality, and to provide a rice washing device which can be installed with space saving of such an extent so as not to be hindrance even when being placed on a kitchen by solving such a problem that anyone cannot easily perform a rice washing operation, cannot wash many sorts and many kinds of rices irrespective of amounts of the rices reliably, that is, the conventional device cannot comply with water absorption, permeation, swelling, embrittlement, collapse and unsavoriness and makes the Japanese type cooked rice quality security in polished rice state difficult.SOLUTION: A rice washing device includes a projection part to which polished rice is projected, a pressurizing agitation part which is provided on a rear stage of the projection part, agitates the polished rice projected from the projection part while pressurizing the polished rice and successively feeds the polished rice and a first water supply pert which supplies water to the pressurizing agitation part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】洗米作業を誰でもが簡単に行うことができ、多種多様の米を数量の多少に関わらずしっかりと洗米すること。すなわち、従来装置では、吸水、浸透、膨潤、脆弱化、崩壊、不味の対応ができておらず、白米状態における日本式飯品質確保を難しくしている。本発明は、これを再生させる米研ぎ技術を提供する。また、厨房に置いても邪魔にならない程度の省スペースで設置可能な洗米装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の洗米装置は、精白米が投入される投入部と、投入部の後段に設けられ、投入部から投入された精白米を加圧しながら攪拌して順次送る加圧攪拌部と、加圧攪拌部に水を供給する第1給水部と、を備えたことを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
