PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately maintain the state where the linear member can be appropriately hooked to the bottom wall and the linear member is caught on the bottom wall.SOLUTION: A bottom plate (1) is provided with a projecting portion (11) on which a hanging string (4) is hooked when a skin material (3) is hung and a position variable portion (12) capable of changing a relative position with respect to the projecting portion (11). The position variable portion (12) can move between a first position where it contacts or engages with the projecting portion (11) and a second position which is out of the projecting portion (11).
