Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display panel, which can be manufactured using a simple manufacturing process and in which lower resistance of a common electrode is achieved so that luminous efficiency is improved and luminance unevenness is suppressed.SOLUTION: An organic EL display panel includes: a feeding auxiliary electrode layer in which an electrode preparation region extending in a column or row direction on at least one gap among gaps of pixel electrodes adjacent to each other on a substrate in a column or row direction is secured and which is provided in a non-contact state with pixel electrodes adjacent to the electrode preparation region; a functional layer provided across over a luminous layer and the feeding auxiliary electrode layer; and a common electrode layer provided in a state where the common electrode layer continuously extends on the functional layer. The feeding auxiliary electrode layer has a recessed portion recessed in a substrate direction. In the functional layer, a portion located on an inner wall of the recessed portion of the feeding auxiliary electrode layer is missing or thinned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13 【課題】簡易な製造プロセスを用いて製造でき、共通電極の低抵抗化を実現し、発光効率を向上させると共に輝度ムラを抑制した有機EL表示パネルを提供する。【解決手段】有機EL表示パネルは、基板上の行または列方向に隣接する画素電極の間隙の内の少なくとも1の間隙上に列または行方向に延伸する電極作成領域が確保され、当該電極作成領域に隣接する画素電極とは非接触の状態で設けられた給電補助電極層と、発光層上および前記給電補助電極層上に跨って設けられた機能層と、機能層上に連続して延伸する状態で設けられた共通電極層と、を備える。給電補助電極層は基板方向に凹入した凹部を有している。機能層は給電補助電極層の凹部の内壁上に位置する部分が欠落するか薄層化している。【選択図】図13
