CREPING METHOD OF PAPER WEB AND MANUFACTURING METHOD OF COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive composition with improving durability, flexibility, adhesiveness and uniformity during coating on a surface of a Yankee dryer and an improved creping method.SOLUTION: A creping method of paper web includes a process for preparing an adhesive composition having pH between 6.5 and 8 and containing one or more vinylamine/N-vinylformamide polymer; a process for contacting the polymer with polyvinyl alcohol under a STP condition; a process for holding the polyvinyl alcohol and the polymer at a temperature between 90 and 95°C; a process for applying the adhesive composition to a creping cylinder; a process for adhering the paper wave to the creping cylinder; and a process for scraping the paper web from the creping cylinder by using a doctor blade.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】ヤンキードライヤーの表面にコーティングする際の耐久性、柔軟性、接着性及び均一性が改善された接着剤組成物、及び、改善されたクレーピング方法を提供する。【解決手段】ペーパーウェブのクレーピング方法は、６．５と８の間のｐＨを持ち、１つ以上のビニルアミン／Ｎ−ビニルホルムアミドポリマーを含む接着剤組成物を調製する工程と、ＳＴＰ条件下でポリマーをポリビニルアルコールと接触させる工程と、ポリビニルアルコールおよびポリマーを９０から９５℃の間の温度に保つ工程と、接着剤組成物をクレーピングシリンダに塗布する工程と、ペーパーウェブをクレーピングシリンダに付着させる工程と、ドクターブレードを用いてペーパーウェブをクレーピングシリンダから掻き取る工程とを含む。【選択図】なし
