Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp device which can fix an object in a simple and secure manner by remote control operation, and to provide a remote punching device.SOLUTION: A clamp device 50 fixes an isolation apparatus 20 to a penetration 4 to which a closing plate 5 is attached and has: a pressing mechanism 51 which presses the isolation apparatus 20 to the closing plate 5; and a reaction force receiving mechanism 52 which contacts with a back surface 4a of a flange part of the penetration 4 and receives a pressing reaction force applied by the pressing mechanism 51.
