Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rice-cooking container which improves difficulty of substance to be cooked to adhere while generating fine boiling bubbles in the rice-cooking container during heat and improving heat transfer efficiency to the rice and water.SOLUTION: A rice-cooking container includes: a container body having a bottom part and a peripheral wall continuing the bottom part; and a coating layer provided at least for an inner surface of the bottom part of inner surfaces of the container body. On the coating layer, a hydrophilic part containing hydrophilic materials and a water repellent part containing water repellent materials are formed in mixture. On the surface of the coating layer, both the hydrophilic part and the water repellent part are exposed. A mixture ratio of the hydrophilic material with respect to the whole materials composing the coating layer is smaller than 20wt%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 【課題】加熱中の炊飯用容器内に微細な沸騰気泡を発生させ、米や水への熱伝達効率を向上させつつ、炊飯物のこびりつきにくさを向上させた炊飯用容器を得る。【解決手段】底部及び底部に連なる周壁を有する容器本体と、容器本体の内面のうち少なくとも底部の内面に設けられたコーティング層と、を備え、コーティング層は、親水性材料を含む親水部と撥水性材料を含む撥水部とが混合されて形成されており、コーティング層の表面には、親水部と撥水部の両方が露出しており、コーティング層を構成する材料全体に対する、親水性材料の混合比は、20wt%よりも小さい。【選択図】図4
