The water absorbing resin particles (A) comprise water absorbing resin particles (E) having a carboxyl group and a primary to tertiary amino group that are amide bonded to a polypeptide (B1) having at least one amino acid sequence (X) with minimal cell adhesiveness. 【課題】経時的に劣化しにくく、長期間保管後も細胞培養することができる細胞培養用担体を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】吸水性樹脂粒子(A)及びポリペプチド変性抑制剤(C)を含有する細胞培養用担体(D)であって、吸水性樹脂粒子(A)が、カルボキシル基と第1〜3級アミノ基を有する吸水性樹脂粒子(E)と、細胞接着性最小アミノ酸配列(X)を1分子中に少なくとも1個有するポリペプチド(B1)とがアミド結合されており、ポリペプチド変性抑制剤(C)が糖及び/又はアミノ酸である細胞培養用担体を用いる。【選択図】図1 |
