Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of suppressing occurrence of deterioration such as burrs and fuzz at a cut site in a membrane electrode assembly used for a fuel cell.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device includes a cutting part that moves along the thickness direction of a membrane electrode assembly so as to cross the membrane electrode assembly to cut off a second portion from a first portion of the membrane electrode assembly and a drying part that dries the first portion such that the cutting part of the first portion which is in contact with the cutting part after cutting the first portion and the second portion is separated from the cutting part by contraction of the first portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】燃料電池に用いられる膜電極接合体において、切断部位にバリや毛羽立ちなどの劣化が生じることを抑制できる技術を提供する。【解決手段】製造装置は、膜電極接合体の厚み方向に沿って、前記膜電極接合体を横切るように移動して、前記膜電極接合体の第1部位から第2部位を切り離す切断部と;前記第1部位と前記第2部位との切断後に前記切断部と接している前記第1部位の切断面が、前記第1部位の収縮によって、前記切断部から離間するように、前記第1部位を乾燥させる乾燥部と、を備える。【選択図】図1
