Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector lead capable of obtaining a secondary battery in which the occurrence of an inner short circuit is less than the conventional one, while maintaining an excellent high rate discharge characteristic, and a manufacturing method of the secondary battery including the collector lead.SOLUTION: A collector lead 34 includes: a top wall part 36 that is interposed between the sealing body 14 and a positive electrode collector 28, for connecting a sealing body 14 including a positive electrode terminal 22 and the positive electrode collector 28 attached with an electrode group 4, and is positioned at the side of the sealing body 14; leg parts 50 and 52 that are opposite to the top wall part 36, and are positioned at the side of the positive electrode collector 28; and a pair of side wall parts 42 and 44 that are extended between a side edge of the top wall part 36 and the side edges of the leg parts 50 and 52, and which are opposite each other. A first corner part 39 and a second corner part 41 formed by the top wall part 36 and the side wall parts 42 and 44, and a third corner part 47 and a fourth corner part 49 formed by the leg parts 50 and 52, and the side wall parts 42 and 44, are formed as curved round corners.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】優れた高率放電特性を維持しつつ、内部短絡の発生が従来よりも少ない二次電池を得ることができる集電リード及びこの集電リードを含む二次電池の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】集電リード34は、正極端子22を含んでいる封口体14と、電極群4に取り付けられている正極集電板28とを接続するために、封口体14と正極集電板28との間に介在せしめられ、封口体14の側に位置する頂壁部36と、頂壁部36に対向し、正極集電板28の側に位置する脚部50、52と、頂壁部36の側縁と脚部50、52の側縁との間に延びており、互いに対向している一対の側壁部42、44とを有しており、頂壁部36と側壁部42、44とにより形成される第1コーナー部39及び第2コーナー部41と、脚部50、52と側壁部42、44とにより形成される第3コーナー部47及び第4コーナー部49とが湾曲したラウンドコーナーとなっている。【選択図】図4 |
