Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seat reservation system of a time slot reservation system for making it possible to appropriately determine whether or not a seat reservation request is acceptable in view of a running operation situation of the day in question.SOLUTION: A seat reservation device 20 includes a storage unit 230 for storing reservation information on: a number of acceptable reservations which is the number of reservation seats acceptable for each combination of a time zone and a seat designated section; a number of accepted reservations which is the number of reservations already accepted for each combination of the time zone and the seat designated section; and the time zone, the seat designated section and the number of seats accepted in connection with each reservation. The seat reservation device further includes: a reservation processing unit 214 for receiving a reservation request booking a combination of a time zone and a seat designated section and determining acceptance or refusal of the reservation request according to the number of acceptable reservations and the number of accepted reservations; and a travel prediction information reflection unit 216 for determining a number of available seats of transportation services to be allocated to the reservation request booking the combination of the time zone and the seat designated section on the basis of operation prediction information including future operation situations of the transportation services and updating the number of the available reservations for each pair of the time zone and the seat designated section in accordance with the number of the available seats.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】座席予約要求の受理可否を、当日の運行状況に鑑みて適切に判定可能とする時間帯予約方式の座席予約システムを提供する。【解決手段】座席予約装置20は、時間帯と座席指定区間の組ごとの予約可能な座席数である予約許容数と、時間帯と座席指定区間の組ごとの予約を受理した数である予約受理数と、受理した各々の予約に係る時間帯と座席指定区間と座席数とを含む予約情報とを記憶する記憶部230を備える。時間帯と座席指定区間の組を指定した予約要求を受信し、予約許容数および予約受理数に応じて予約要求の受理または謝絶を判定する予約処理部214と、交通機関の未来の運行状況を含む運行予測情報に基づいて、時間帯と座席指定区間の組を指定した予約要求に対して割当可能な交通機関の便の座席数である割当可能座席数を決定し、割当可能座席数に応じて時間帯と座席指定区間の組ごとの予約許容数を更新する運行予測情報反映部216を備える。【選択図】図1 |
